Paid Assignments
All Co-ops are paid bi-weekly with the option of direct deposit.

Second Session Milestone Award
Co-op will receive a $500 award at the beginning of the second co-op session, upon successful completion of the first 20-week assignment.

Insurance Options
Co-ops have the option to purchase several types of insurance plans.

Mentor Program
The Mentor Program is dedicated to ensuring that SuccessWay Co-ops have strong relationships with other people outside their immediate work group who can give both professional and personal guidance.

Co-op Cares Volunteer Program
The Co-op Cares Volunteer Program is available to help co-ops meet the community service hours required for graduation and involve them early in P&G’s history of giving back to the community.

Tri-Health Fitness Centers
Tri-Health Fitness Centers are located at the General Offices (downtown Cincinnati), Mason Business Center (Mason, OH), F&HCIC Innovation Center (St. Bernard, OH), and Winton Hill Business Center. Co-ops can register on their first day of work.

Shareholder Investment Program
The Shareholder Investment Program provides eligible investors with a convenient and economical method of reinvesting cash dividends and making optional cash payments towards the purchase of shares of The Procter & Gamble Company’s Common Stock. Optional cash payments may be made by check, money order, and direct debit of checking. Co-ops may participate through payroll deduction. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. is the agent for stock purchase and sales.

Annual Dividend Day
This is P&G’s annual tradition where employees, including co-ops, are invited to a day of fun at the local amusement park at King’s Island. This event occurs annually on the 3rd weekend in September. Only current session co-ops are eligible to participate in Dividend Day.

P&G Annual Gift
The annual gift tradition began in 1890 by the Company as a way to show appreciation to employees, retirees, and their families. Beginning in mid-November, this gift is sent annually to the co-ops home address. Only current session co-ops are eligible to receive the annual gift.
