How does SuccessWay work?
Co-op students enrolled in the SuccessWay Co-op Program must complete two training assignments. These are called “Sessions” and last 20 weeks each.
Training Sessions
During the two 20-week full-time sessions* co-ops will:
- Work with a Supervisor in their immediate assignment area.
- Strong performance levels are required to progress to the next stage.
- Receive a mid-point evaluation at 10 weeks and a final evaluation at the end of 20 weeks.
* Start and End dates for your co-op assignment will be determined by both you and the hiring organization to coordinate with your class schedule and the business needs.
