Benefits of P&G’s SuccessWay Co-op Program
The SuccessWay Co-op Program consists of non-management positions with exposure to tasks related to larger projects. These training positions are viewed as pre-entry level and offer an opportunity for the co-op to learn the business environment and how non-management work is accomplished. Through training, coaching and on the job experiences, co-ops become exposed to what a Non-Management career at P&G has to offer.

Program’s Expectations

You Must:

  • Participate in a structured co-operative educational/work program between P&G and a college/university, and be enrolled as a co-op student in an accredited degree program related to skills required by the Company.
