Initial Interview
Initial interviews are about getting to know one another. To learn more about your talents and capabilities, our interviewers will ask about your past experiences and accomplishments. Our interviews are unique in that they’ve been designed to predict the likelihood of a successful fit between you and P&G. As part of the interview, you will also have the opportunity to ask us questions and learn more about P&G.Most initial interviews last around 45-60 minutes, but there are no strict time limits.

In Person Assessment
During the initial interview you will be required to take a Reasoning Test – This is a paper-and-pencil test, lasting 65 minutes. This test is delivered on campus as part of your Initial interview, this test measures your reasoning skills using three types of questions. At this step, we take time to explore your interests in greater detail and offer you more exposure to our culture and our people. After this final round of interviews, we’ll notify you of our decision. Final interviews allow us to:
- Take time and explore interests in greater detail
- Offer you more exposure to our culture and our people
- Learn more about you personally
- Ask job-related interview questions to discover capabilities
- Explore past behavior, key accomplishments and other information
- Provide P&G insights and answer questions
1-2 weeks after final interview, you’ll receive an email communicating your outcome
Successful Candidates:
- You receive an offer for the specific open position for which you interviewed for
- You are placed in a pool with other qualified candidates and your file is shared with hiring managers specific co-op assignments
- You will be contacted to arrange additional interviews, if necessary
- Your file remains active for one year
- You may withdraw from the process by contacting the SuccessWay Co-op Coordinator
Unsuccessful Candidates:
- You receive an email informing you
- You are eligible to reapply in one year
