Is P&G flexible with work hours?

As a SuccessWay Co-op, they have the ability to work with their supervisor to choose the work hours that best fit their schedule and the business need. All co-op positions are full-time 42.5 hours per week, but your paycheck will reflect 40.0 hours, as we are not paid for the 1/2 hour lunch taken everyday
Depending on the business need, co-ops can start as early as 6:30 a.m. or as late as 9:00 a.m. Listed below are the different work schedules that are available to co-ops:
- 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

How many co-ops have secured full-time positions upon completing the co-op program?

As of today, we have been able to place 99% of successful co-ops in full-time positions.

As a SuccessWay Co-op, the jobs are challenging with a lot of responsibilities and opportunities to learn information that they might not have learned in the classroom.

A few positions within the co-op program require back-to-back assignments due to the amount of training required. For all other positions, this choice is truly a matter of preference and what will work best with the student’s school schedule.
