I feel valued as a Co-Op because I attend the same meetings as everyone else. I do work that anyone else would do. I am not treated like the legend of what a typical "co-op" is treated like in an organization. P&G realizes in order for us to learn correctly and grow we have to be exposed to the actual environment.

I was surprised as to how much responsibility my co-op role has. If I didn't do my job accurately and in a timely manner it would directly affect my team. This is a big challenge compared to other companies' co-op roles.
