Our salary is highly competitive ranging from $11 – $13 per hour based on sessions. After receiving an Offer from P&G you should:

  • Respond by accepting/declining the contingent offer by deadline in letter
  • Communicate your decision to the Co-op Coordinator by phone or email

Full-Time Employment

Once you have successfully completed the two 20-week full-time sessions and earned the degree you entered the program pursuing, you will be considered for Entry to Mid-tier level non-management positions posted internal and external to the company. Additionally, you will receive the Company’s starting salary for that particular position and become eligible for benefits. Upon starting full-time, you will receive a one month’s salary bonus based on your full-time salary.
